How to Print Progress Updates in Peformance Document PDF

We are customizing a seeded report 'PerformanceDocumentWorkerRatingsReport' and trying to add 'Progress Updates' which seems to be contextual notes from the Objectives page. We are unable to find this in any of the Talent related tables. Is there any table which holds the Objective contextual notes information.
