How can we default enrollments to a new plan when the old plan is inactivated?

Summary:

We are replacing one Vision plan with a new plan and would like to carry over the current elections from the old plan as the default election for the new plan. However, we have a second vision plan which is not changing so we need to identify the specific employees/dependents currently enrolled and default to that for our Open enrollment.

If this should be a Default Enrollment fast formula, can anyone provide an example formula?
