Upload - Goal ratings section of Employee and Manager Evaluation on the performance document.
Summary:
We have included Goal and Competency section in the performance document and assigned to the Employee and manager for the Annual review. As per the delivered feature Employee can evaluate themselves for the goals assigned to them for the Annual review. Similarly manager can also evaluate the employee goals during the manager evaluation of the performance process.
Is there any business objects which supports the Section level individual goal rating of employee evaluation and manager evaluation of the performance document.
Our client wants to upload Manager evaluation section individual ratings due to high volume of Subordinates and rate only competencies for their business process.
