Credit limit cannot be populated with SOAP WS

Summary:

This was asked before. I'd like to confirm when this can be fixed in WS - ReceivablesCustomerProfileService?WSDL.

We passed in CreditLimit attribute in createCustomerProfile payload, but it's not populated into the customer site profile. Are we able to populate credit limit on site profile with SOAP API?
