OE event goes to processed status directly. Errors out when i reopen it. Please help!

Summary:

I am processing 2024 OE life event and it goes to processed status as soon as I evaluate it. When I try to reopen it, I get an error "The life event cant be reopened because there is no electable choice". This is the first time we are seeing this error occur for an OPE life event.
