Upload grades so performance evaluation competencies ratings are automatically populated.
Summary: My client needs to assign automatic grades/classifications in performance evaluation. When evaluating performance, I need to load data with information from competency scores, which vary by employee. In other words, the manager, at the time of the evaluation, does not need to select any grade, he only sees the grade carried by the load and this grade is counted in the final evaluation grade. Does anyone know if it is possible to meet this requirement somehow?
