Summary:

Employee elected supplemental spouse life during Open Enrollment event, and the calculated rate is incorrect. The defined and communicated amount show $50 per pay period.

Coverage amount $50,000 / 1,000 x .967 (Age 61 rate) = 48.35 x 12 = 580.20 / 24 pay periods = 24.18.

Pay Periods are 26 for Fiscal year 11/1/2022 - 10/31/2023. The standard rate set to per pay period, and I tried estimated per pay period with no change.
