Online configurable forms during interview

Summary:

Is there any way in the Configurable forms/Forms that we can create a form (example standard phone interview questions) that we can create in Taleo where Manager or Recruiters can access so during interview, they can fill the answers of the candidate in Taleo itself/online and gets stored in the candidate profile? This is so recruiters will not have the candidates interview answers in a word doc but in their candidate profile in taleo
