Summary:

Manager creates a goal named "GOAL 123" to his own goal plan and then assigns it to his direct report. The direct report or the worker received the notification about the goal assigned.

Next is the manager updates this "GOAL 123" from his own goal plan. I notice that the changes made by the Manager to "GOAL 123", is not reflected to the EMployee's goal plan. Is this expected behavior?

What should be the easier way to make the manager's changes in the goal also get reflected to the multiple direct reports?
