Error when completing a task when testing Journeys

Hello,

We are receiving the below error when completing the task.

"status failed: You can't create a document record, as this document type is configured with a create restriction. (PER-1532957)"

I performed the steps related to below document mentioned in Oracle Support, still it is not working.

Fusion Global HR: Journey Task Error "status failed: You don't have access to create a document record for this document type. (PER-1532940)" in 23B (Doc ID 2951051.1)

Please let me know what else we can do with this issue.
