Restrict benefit Admin from making changes to DFF in his own record

Summary:

We have created a DFF, a Checkbox to confirm is the dependent records are verified or not..Only benefits Admins from US can view a edit this check box ( done this using HCM design studio)

Now I want to restrict the Admin from editing the checkbox on his own dependents. how can we do that?
