"Fusion Benefits: Print Option For Employee Direct Access Page Is Not Working ( Doc ID 2899071.1 )

I reviewed the document, and role wise there no problem at all, we already enabled those role for our employees. Under > Your benefit elections saved page, when we click on the Print Icon, it's taking us to a new window, there is no option to print.  

Can anyone advise what would be the issue?
