Restrict Employee to see manager ratings until specific date.

Summary:

Hi Experts,

we have a requirement to restrict employees from seeing their manager reviews until a specific time. for example: right now when the manager provides the ratings in the performance document and submits it. the employee is able to see them right away. but we want to hold this to a certain date.

we tried asking managers to not submit Just save and close but sometimes accidentally they might submit them. we are looking for a better solution.
