Can we change the Evaluator from Matrix Manager to someone else in Performance Management

Summary:

Want to know how to assign Performance Management to a different Manager for workers Evaluation. As in our group we have a scenario wherein our Manager(to whom we are reporting) is on STD leave and we want the group to report to a different Manager for Performance Evaluation only. Is there a possibility to change the evaluator?
