Data Extraction Tools and options

Summary: Hi, I'm looking for an information that any tools or approach on how to extract the data like transactional, configuration and master data from Oracle cloud across different functional modules of SaaS and PaaS applications before decommissioning of applications.

There are options like FSM, setup and Maintenance or OTBI, BIP etc. but is there any tool within oracle cloud or any 3rd party data extraction tools which will be handy in complete data extraction for a period of 3 years etc.

I heard about BICC and still try to understand, if any of you have some knowledge or experience using BICC request to share the details or reference if any. Thank you.
