"Your session has expired" prompt is appearing more often

Summary: The "Your session has timed out" GUI is appearing more often than usual for many OFSC users.

Content (required): During the past few weeks we have received several reports from our users with SSO login about getting the "Your session has timed out" GUI more frequently. In some cases the message can appear several times during the day. The GUI is asking the user to enter their 'PIN' to continue, but most users don't remember what their PIN is. The work-around is to use the 'Sign out' option, then sign in normally.

The same prompt for non-SSO users will request a 'Password' instead of a 'PIN'.
