Adding fields to the Notification Template

Summary:

Hi. We're trying to see if we can add the Manager Calculated Score to the notification so that the Approver does not need to click on the performance document in order to see the score that the Manager has provided for the employee.. Currently, it only displays the Manager Rating (See screenshots below) Is there a way to achieve this? Is there a list of fields that we can add to the notification template?
