Copy e-mail for overdue task for multiple recipients

Summary: Is there any way to have the HR admin copy more than one recipient on the performance evaluation overdue task email? In addition to the task owner, my client needs to copy more than one recipient, but the tool does not seem to allow this to be sent to more than one recipient.
