Path in profile: Find Supplier --> Profile --> Scroll down --> Transaction Tax --> Tax Registration (not in SupplierImportTemplate).

Path in Addresses: Find Supplier --> Address --> Scroll down --> Transaction Tax --> Tax Return Codes (not in SuppliersAddressImportTemplate).
