Do candidates have to apply when added to a requisition from a hiring event with Recruiting Booster?
I am curious as we are currently in set up, when using Hiring Events with Booster and you are moving candidates to requisitions are these candidates required to still apply to the requisition when they are moved to it? My assumption is yes.
At times we do walk-in/hire on the spot windows during some of our events, and I am wondering if this will remove a step, or if that step will still occur, even with the mass interviewing.
