Hi team,

how is it possibile to customize the performance rating section in the talent ratings of the person spotlight?

The customer has a different concept compared to hcm of the start date and the end date of the performance evaluation.

For the customer the performance rating evalued on the frist months of 2024 is valid from 01/01/2023 to 31/01/2023, and here the date of validity would be from the day of the evaluation in 2024 - on.

It would be great if we could hide this standard from and end date (for example with page composer, that i already checked that it's possibile) but is it possible to add a field form performance management such as the "Review period"?
