HR checklist questionnaires, can have mandatory questions?

Hello experts,
Is it possible to have the questions mandatory for a questionnaire HR checklist type?
Usually in the Recruiting the questions are automatically mandatory without the need to edit the settings (where I do not find any flag or option to control it), but in the checklist HR type questionnaire I have noticed it is not the same. As you can see from the screenshot below the questions are not mandatory.
I have created the questions, questionnaire and questionnaire template and once I have added it to the onboarding checklist the questions are not mandatory and I have not found a wat yet to make them mandatory?
