How to assign Collection Agent to a Collection Manager

Summary:

We have multiple Collection Agents and multiple Collection Managers all operating in same Business Unit. However, how to restrict which Collection Manager access which Collection Agent? Currently, in the Manage Resources Page, all the Collection Agents are visible when user has Collection Manager responsibility. If it is not directly possible, is there any work around by using Collector group that can assign Collection Manager to a certain group of Collection Agents?
