Performance Improvement Plan without initial employee view
Summary:
Employee should not be able to view the PIP initially and should be able to view the PIP after manager submits the evaluation

We have a requirement where Employee should not be able to see the PIP document created for them initially and once the Manager share the Performance document only after that they should be able to see the document created for them.
