Error when trying to delete a cancelled performance document

Unable to delete a cancelled performance document

Hi Team,

Has anyone faced the below issue where as an Admin i am able to 'Cancel' a performance document but unable to 'Delete' the same for the user.

Please find attached screenshot.

Even tried with 'Mass delete' functionality, the process runs to success but does not delete the document.

It is still in cancelled status
