HRA-960156 error when adding performance flow to performance template?

Hi All,

We have created all new versions of the following:

• Performance Document Type
• Performance Template Sections
• Performance Process Flow
• Performance Roles

We are attempting to create a new Performance Template to tie these pieces together. We receive the HRA-960156 error when trying to add the Process Flow. On the General tab, we've already added the correct Performance Document Type, correct Performance Roles, correct Eligibility Profile.

We are using a brand new Performance Template and we aren't sure where the error could be originating from. Has anyone run into this problem before?
