Can Fusion route approval notification to invoice approval initiator when resubmitted by other user？

Hi,

I have two invoices:

#1: Jane (initiator) submit the invoice for approval and receives notification after approved.

#2: Jane (initiator) submit the invoice for approval. Rachel (one of the approver) withdraw and update the invoice. Then Rachel resubmit for approval after update. The approval notification route to Rachel but not Jane after approved.

Is there any workaround that Jane can receive approval notification after approved of invoice #2?
