How do I change the tile descriptions under Career and Performance

Summary: I need to change a couple of the descriptions on the tiles under Career and Performance.

Content (required): I am using the User Interface Text tool but I cannot get blank lines to insert between lines (on the Goals tile between the Employee and Manager lines). Can someone let me know how to insert blank lines?

I cannot "find" the text on the Performance tile. I'm not sure if it's due to the dots in the text that I'm having issues but any pointers on how to find the text so I can replace it with something else would be appreciated.
