Summary: Differential Bell Curve in Calibration Plan
We have a requirement for differential Bell curve in the compensation plan. Based on the hierarchy/grade, the % of population in the range of bell curve should vary.
For example, Grade X and below, 40% of employees should have "Met Expectation" Rating, however, for Grade X and above, 55% of employees should have "Met Expectation" Rating.
Could you please let us know if this is feasible using current system functionality
