Default waive selection grey option to unselect

Summary:

Benefits adding a life event adding coverage - loss of coverage elsewhere, Dependent Life - Spouse/Dependent coverage default waive option selection is not greyed out. The waive option can be selected when it should be greyed out, similar to the other plans in the screenshot below.
