Organization still has available incidents

Summary: Need to display a column on an existing Contacts report to display if the Organization the Contact is associated with has any available incidents to submit a case.


Content (required): We use the SLAs to indicate if an Organization can submit an incident to use. The Organization can have an SLA with unlimited for a period of time and then an SLA that takes effect after the unlimited expires with a certain number of incidents they can submit. We want a way to indicate this with say "Incidents Available" or "No Incidents Available" as an example.
