Object Link / Relationship List of Values not updating

Hello - I have updated the 'Enabled' Object Link types via Manage Object Link Types. However when I go into a Redwood HRHD Request and use the 'Create Relationship' option, the list doesn't update. It still shows the disabled object link types, even though the system errors when I try to use a disabled link type.

Does anyone know a way around this?
