When does 'Travel Required' filter display a 'Yes' value

Summary:

Irrespective of whether Domestic Travel and International Travel fields are YES or NO, the 'Travel Required' filter on Opportunity Marketplace is always showing only NO as the value.

We would like to understand what influences this filter as we don't want to convey incorrect info to the internal applicants
