How to create work confirmation as a requester?

Content (required):

22C feature enabled work confirmation for Buyer/Supplier/Requester. When using the buyer duty, we are able to see work confirmation in the PO area. How do you create a work confirmation through the requisition/requester, as there is no option through the requisition area. Additionally, Oracle documentation has stated that if the PO document style has work confirmation enabled, you cannot receive it through My Receipts UI.
