Can't able to get Field Groups Using rest Apis Get All Field Groups in the Sales Environment ?

Hello everyone

I want to fetch Details of All the Field groups and their Fields Using Rest Apis That are Present in the sales doc I have tried which rest api like

Get all Fieldgroups,and Get Particular Field Groups by Name Or ID But we are getting 200 ok responses, but not getting any data in response related to field groups we have Many Field groups in Our Environment But are not able to get any data of information related to that in the response below image of response we get while Getting all Field Groups

as You can see count is zero not able to get any data
