eligibility profile using per_jobs flexfield in fast formula

Summary:

We have a flexfield on our jobs that we want to use in a fast formula for an eligibility profile on performance documents.

Content (required):

The fast formula doesn't want to compile without error. We have tried to do PER_JOBS_F_ATTRIBUTE8 as well, but that doesn't work. Perhaps we are using the wrong table name to get the DFF from PER_JOBS but we can't find any other guidance. Anyone have experience with this or not what we are doing incorrectly?

Error MessageFormula PERFORMANCE SAFETY COMPETENCY, line 4, a local variable was used before being initialized.
