Limit Journey by person

Hello Experts

Sometimes our Key users do not see that a journey has been given to an employee and do it, forcefully and manually, a second time.

Is it somehow possible to set a limit of time sthat one specific journey could be given to an EMployee by person Number or even Assignment Number?
