Loaded Life Event with HSDL - No Enrollments when Running Evaluate Process

Hello,

I loaded a life event with spreadsheet loader:

If I then evaluate the LE using the enrollment interface for an employee, I see all of their current enrollments.

If I use the process "Evaluate Life Event" for same LE, no enrollments show when I look at the employee via the UI.

Any idea why?
