Deactivate notifications only for a particular or group of candidates ?

There are automatic notifications sent during candidate's selection process. Is there any way to deactivate them only for one, or a group of candidates ?

There are automatic notifications set up in our CSP, sent to external candidates for example. Would there be any way to deactivate them for only a particular or group of candidates ?
