Bring the result of a query into OTBI to be used in performance document field using Page Composer

In "Manager Rating field", when the manager evaluates the team member, I need to return the result of a query in OTBI in this field, using page composer.

We have the requirement to have the system block/return an error message on the screen when the manager assigns ratings that exceed a limit of grade assignments for his team members. The system must demonstrate, considering the limits for assigning grades according to some rules, the limits on the number of grades assigned, also considering the grades already assigned to other team members under.
