How to make PREBOARDING JOURNEY visible also for employees

Hi all,

I'd like to have Preboarding Journey visible also when pending workers are converted to employees. With actual configuration pending workers can see their Preboarding Journey but as soon as they are converted to employees, they cannot see it anymore in their personal Journeys.

I know that it is possible but I don't know how.
