Goal notifications does not provide a link to navigate directly to the goal..

Summary:

Clicking into an added/edited/assigned goal fro a notification.

Would like to be able to click into the added/edited/assigned goal when a notification is received instead of having to go through goals when notification is received

Sample Notification. The user needs to close the notification window and have to navigate to the Me> Career and PErformance> Goals

How to customize the notification which will allow user to directly navigate to the goal without going through the navigation of Me> Career and PErformance> Goals
