Allocate Journey task 30 days before the hire date

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to allocate certain tasks to Line Managers 30 days before the hire date of an employee. We are using Recruiting to add pending workers. The Action we are using while creating an offer is Add Pending Worker. Let us know if anyone had similar requirement and how did the tasks were configured.
