On-hand archival in Supply Planning is not working

Content (required):

We are archiving Supply Plan everyday but somehow standard measure “On-Hand” is NOT being archived and in plan comparison it is not showing the past archival values (e.g. same plan archival last week). If you have done it successfully, Please help.

We are aware of Whitepaper on SCP Archiving Process and on-hand measure is part of Measure Catalog for Archival.

Business would like to analyze the trend on On-hand for specific item at specific Inventory Org with time
