Hi Team,

Upon placing a dispute by collector, we get a pop up/message stating Dispute 'XXXXX' is sent for approval. But I dont see the dispute number later in collections workbench either in Transactions tab/History> Activities tab.

Even in History> Activities tab it shows the transaction number, type as Dispute if it is pending approval. But i dont see the dispute number anywhere. What is the reason behind it and is there a way i get the dispute number in collections workbench.

How is the dispute generated? If we need to change the sequence can we do it? If yes, how to change them
