Can we assign performance document with single document period?

Summary:

Can we create single performance document for one document period and assign it to employee via eligibility batch process on different days to utilise one performance template and one document period

Content (required):

• In case of Interim Probation review, the eligibility batch process will be scheduled to run daily to assign probation review document on the 90th day, 180th day, 270th day of their probation. 
• In case of Final Probation review, the eligibility batch process will be scheduled to run daily to assign probation review document on the 150th day (5 months), 330th Day (11 months) day of their probation. 

The above days and duration are mentioned in eligibility profile in a fast formula based on these days can a single document assigned to employees on respective days?
