Is there a way to add the Federal Income Tax Type field we get in the Manage Supplier UI to the Supplier Portal for suppliers to self-select?

We are currently having to add Federal Income Tax Type after the suppliers are registered and approved. We are wanting to add the field to the Organization tab within the Supplier Portal for suppliers to classify themselves.

Is this something you can do in Setup & Maintenance or in the Sandbox?
