Employee can view document when DOR is coming from checklist

Summary:I am creating esignature and report type of checklist where promotion letter, appointment letter, transfer letter are directly coming in Document records. But due to this employee is also able to add these document type manually and adding some randon document in the DOR. My client want to restrict the adding of DOR manually.
