How to restrict the development goals in the performance document based on the review period

Summary:

The development goals set outside the review period should not be available in the performance document, below is the business case:

  1. The employees set performance goals and development goals for 2024 at the end of 2023 (may be in November).
  2. The start date of the development goals will be 1st Jan 2024.
  3. The year-end evaluation of 2023 starts in December and at that point the development goals set for 2024 also appear in the evaluation sheet.
