remove the self-evaluation rating

Do not use "employee rating" in self evaluation

Content (required):

According to the attached file, we want to evaluate without using "employee rating" when self-evaluating.

I would like to remove the rating box and leave only the comments section to conduct a self-evaluation.

I uploaded this content to SR, but the SR continued to be terminated, saying it was a problem to be solved by CCC.

I look forward to a good answer to my question.
